Now, if they want to reword that to say that their attempts at supplanting Cuba's socialist economic system with a dependent capitalist one, bycreating and heavily financing an internal "opposition"..............but then, how would that jibe with Noriega's pious statement about the Cuban people's "God-given right" to determine their own future. (On the other hand, Noriega's statement might not be quite as optimistic as he makes it sound, since he actually refers to "their children's future"....apparently he doesn't think overthrowing socialism is just around the corner. He also off-handedly refers to the constant splits among the US-financed groups who are all scrambling for the largesse our taxes provide them, when he comments that its "ok" that they "may not all agree on everything"....
